Who this Day is For
This day event is for professionals who are committed to serving others but struggle to prioritise their own wellbeing and growth.
This may include health and social care professionals, education professionals, community leaders, and private service providers.
If you are feeling a little depleted or lacking in motivation, and in need of a gentle reset, then the Autumn Pause Day is for you.
What this Day is For
The day will give you dedicated time and space to decompress from the daily demands of your work and personal life.
Time for you to explore what you need to nurture your wellbeing, replenish your energy levels, and intentionally reset.
You will also be introduced to some effective practical tools to help you cultivate moments of calm and minimise stress.
What to Expect on the Day
On the day you will be joining a small group of up to 12 people, in a professionally facilitated, safe and supportive space.
You will be guided in self-reflections and coaching-led activities that focus on self-discovery and pathways to positive change.
You will also connect with like-minded professionals through insightful group discussions and the shared wisdom in the room.
What you Will Take Away
This day aims to give you a renewed sense of connection to the things that keep you well and enable you to thrive.
You’ll gain new ways of thinking and being, plus personalised practical strategies, to cope well in challenging times.
Alongside tools and tips, you’ll gain empowering personal insights, paving the way for future change and growth.
Your Facilitators
This day is hosted through Infinite Changes’ Burnout Prevention and Recovery Service, in partnership with Next Chapter Wirral CIC.
The retreat day will be led by experienced qualified coaches who bring their joint professional skill set to helping people in change.
